Sweet Sixteen

I was a little hesitant to wear this outfit to work today because it seems like it got a little shorter since the last time I wore it.  I happened to remember the "hand rule" from elementary school, you know the one where your shorts or skirt can't be shorter than your hand on your leg? Luckily for me, I have barely grown since elementary school so most stuff is long enough for me, and also I was happy that this dress passed the test!
