When I pinned this outfit, I knew that it was one that I would wear and rewear and I have done just that. Yesterday I wore a variation of these pieces, and it was perfectly effortless feeling. The most effort that I put into it was ironing my shirt!
At the end of last summer, I scored two pairs of Steve Madden sandals for a great price. Since I've started to wear the gold pair this summer, I noticed a design flaw nuance about them which causes the straps to fall down when you walk. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone have an idea on how to fix it?
Although it's not even September, and by no means am I trying to rush the colder weather, but I am obsessed with this outfit. It's really no surprise since it has two of my favorite elements: boots and stripes. I will most definitely be looking forward to finding these pieces at H&M!
I couldn't be happier for it to be Friday, and sunny at that. Since this week has had some highs and lows, I'm looking forward to relaxing with friends and family. My parents are coming up so that my dad can replace my brakes in my car (thank you dad!), then Sunday I'm going to the Oregon International Air Show and Creative Connection PDX and you can come too, it's not too late to RSVP! Since I missed the last Creative Connection event, I couldn't be more excited to meet some lovely creative ladies.
Although my boyfriend thinks they're weird, I keep being drawn to trench/military vests. Jane's outfit is the perfect way to pull this look off as well, and I have to stay on the look out for a military vest! Any leads that you might have would be much appreciated.
I'm loving this vintage nested luggage set that I brought up from my grandpa's house last weekend. It has two smaller bags in it, and a train bag. My favorite part are the closures, that toggle between keeping the bag closed and letting it open. I'm looking forward to using it on a weekend trip!
