Ok you guys, I'm envious of this cozy bedroom.  My room is already pretty well put together, but I'm definitely looking for some lovely pillows and a graphic lamp shade to complete the look.  Do you have any suggestions on where to buy great fabrics or pillows?

I can't believe I'm about to admit the following, but in fifth and sixth grade I had a pair of wide leg, dark blue, thick wale corduroy pants.  Let me tell you, they were not pretty.  Despite that, I am again wanting a pair of corduroy pants, but this time I hopefully won't look back at them in disgust.  All of the above options are fairly inexpensive, and are putting a modern twist on corduroy pants.

This is one of the best representations of a fall to winter transition outfit that I've seen in awhile.  You can wear the blazer over a button-up in the morning when it's colder, and then remove the blazer for warmer afternoons.  Of course this outfit would come from JCrew, a store that I would love to have a shopping spree.  (A girl can dream.)

When I came across this recipe for Blue Moon Cupcakes on Pinterest, I immediately pinned it without thinking twice.  What's better than combining a delicious beer with delicious cupcakes? Not very much.  I'm happy that they turned out as well as I was hoping, and were perfect for my boyfriend's birthday party.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to co-host a baby shower for one of my best friends.  It was such a fun thing to be a part of, and the planning and setting up was a great time.  Although these aren't the best pictures, it gives you an idea on what we did.

Kate Spade Inspired Canvas

Among other things, this weekend I am hoping to make my own Kate Spade inspired canvas out of simple supplies from the craft store.  Although, the DIY uses paper circles, I'm considering painting the circles on the canvas rather than using paper and glue.  Hopefully it'll turn out well.  When I hopefully get around to making it this weekend, I'll be sure to share the results!
