Today is the first real test of my willpower during the 30 for 30. H&M opened it's very first store in Oregon today, and to make it worse only 15 minutes away from where I live. Don't worry though, I was able to overcome the strong urge to shop!
I'm going to another Bikram class tonight, apparently I didn't think it was too bad the first time. Wish me luck!
i had the willpower to avoid h&m, too. bf just texted a few minutes ago and said, "hey, the store you've been waiting for opened today." i was proud to say, "i know, but i stayed away." that doesn't happen a lot - i shop at h&m every time i'm in seattle, vegas, nyc and amsterdam. yes, amsterdam was where i first laid eyes on it! and conquered! ha ha ha

I try to shop at every H&M that I come across as well, and I might actually have to go today and at least look around. :) I first came across H&M in Germany and have loved it every since as well!

ReplyDeleteThere is an H&M and a Forever 21 the size of a small walmart 1 highway exit away from me... self-restraint is a daily struggle! Enjoy your new found esy in shopping and may will power be with you :-)
